Designed a universal desk organizer compatible with any desk shape (rectangular, circular, L-shaped) using SolidWorks.
Conducted Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using HyperMesh and nTopology to optimize the design, reducing weight from 3.2 kg to 1.25 kg while maintaining structural integrity.
Selected Aluminum Alloy 6061-T4 for its lightweight, durability, and eco-friendly properties, ensuring a sustainable and high-performance product.
Developed 3D-printed prototypes using PLA material and validated design performance under 30N load through stress and strain analysis.
Simulated the final aluminum design under 50N load, confirming minimal deformation and high durability.
Proposed design improvements, including rotating clips, scratch-proof surfaces, and non-magnetic components to enhance functionality and user safety.
